XXS open to contemporary Sicily opens first solo exhibition of Spanish Joanpere Massana.
In the exhibition of a selection of projects: The Book Tree, The Book of clouds, the water's book was officially presented in Italy in PA (Palazzo delle Arti Napoli) and the Pinacoteca Civica di Jesi later, a traveling exhibition in four museums in Spain, book air and last, the book of skin recently introduced in France in the Fort de Bellegarde Perthus; These projects have given the artist's career from 2006 to the present.
Every job, whether on canvas or paper, in the poetry of the artist, is part of a story, so often descried design book and even sewing the surface of the paper, which is used as a synonym for the pages of a book.
Joanpere Massana creates a complex system of historical and cultural references that tie us to the past, reviewing all aspects that have always characterized the conceptual aspect of time and memory.
